Rhipsalis RHIPSALIS RAMULOSUS also known as a Red Coral cactus is another variety of popular and easy-to-care Rhipsalis plants which will bring jungle vibes to your home or office.
Rhipsalis is a highly interesting genus of plants that is surprisingly part of the cactus family and is the only cactus in the family that grows outside of North and South America. We pick our feather moss in small batches from our local private working forests. At these locations the moss can be destroyed due to the forestry operations, so we find a new life for it. This is a beautiful moss with feather-shaped strands that will grow beautifully in your terrarium or vivarium.
Your feather moss may be one or more of a few different species which all commonly grow together or in similar conditions:
Glittering Wood Moss (Hylocomium splendens)
Common Tamarisk Moss (Thuidium tamariscinum)
Common Hook Moss (Cratoneium commutatum)
This moss is also often known as fern moss, silky forklet moss, glittering wood moss orstairstep moss.
To keep your moss happy it will enjoy lots of humidity but it isn’t too fussed about a lot of light. It will fare well in light, but shouldn’t be exposed to prolonged periods of direct sunlight.

Organic, fine, horticultural grade pine bark is suitable for Orchids, Hoya and other epiphytes. You can mix it with other components to create a potting mix for Syngonium, Monstera, Philodendron and other plants.

Extendable poles are made from Beech rods which are triple treated in Danish Oil for moisture protection.
We only use sustainably sourced fresh sphagnum moss. No peat bogs are harmed!

Start with a 60cm tall base pole and simply screw in extensions as your plant grows.
