Drop off repotting service

Bring your plant to our shop and we will repot it into a new pot along with one of our very own premium soil mixes. Your plant will also get a full health check and we will provide care advice too.

Repotting Service

Most plants will benefit from repotting every 1-2 years to keep them healthy and happy.

This is a drop off service, just book a day and timeslot and drop your plant off with us.

When your plant is ready, we will send an email or text. It usually takes between 1 – 2 days at the most.

We will first carry out a brief inspection of the plant to ensure it does not have pests and then within a day or two we will have your plant ready for collection.

There is a non refundable deposit of ยฃ10 to be paid at time of booking.

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance of your drop off time.

Read our guide on when to repot your plants here!

Repotting brings many benefits for your plant. Fresh soil rich in nutrients helps the plant to grow and helps roots to receive more air.

The new potting mix will be more loose which helps to prevent waterlogging, overwatering and root rot. Regularly changed soil also helps with pest prevention, as any contamination will be replaced.

1. Inspect your plant for any health issues, such as as pests, root rot etc

2. Select a suitable potting mix and pot size

3. We will then repot the plant.

4. Clean leaves, with neem oil mix and prune the plant leaves if necessary.

5. Discuss future care instructions.

6. Free hugs with Noel our shop dog included with every visit.

“I had a fantastic time during this service. Pam and Craig were the height of helpful, chatty and informative. Pam took her time to repot my VERY rootbound Areca Palm and repotted my cast iron plant also. I also got a lovely moss pole for my Monstera and itโ€™s perked up beautifully. They encouraged me to get in touch with any questions at all and though I havenโ€™t as yet, I feel they were 100% genuine in saying so. Thanks so much!”
