Good price and lovely healthy plant – I have a feeling it’s going to be a fussy wee thing, but I’m going back for another one to keep it company as soon as I’m able!
Arrived looking nearly dead, dried out and needing repotting.

I am very sorry that the plant arrived like this, we take every care to ensure our plants arrive happy and healthy but due to many factors that can happen during transport this is not always possible. However, we pride ourselves on providing aftercare support and we are here for you still. We did email you back about this plant and I will pop the advice we provided here:
“The complexa is planted in a coir mix which dries our fast, I did water the plant before sending but probably dries out in the box because of temperatures, will get fine when you will place it in high humidity environment.
It’s also natural for the plant to lose leaves under the stress (probably from change of environment and travel stress as we keep them in over 80% humidity all the time).
Move into high humidity, water and see if it will improve. If the plant won’t get better within 7-10 days please let me know.”
We never received a response, and next thing was this review. We should have clarified we just want to see if we can get your plant happy as our first priority. It was always an option to return the plant to us for a full refund as well but we were under the impression you wanted to recover the plant so we provided you with advice and we would then take the next steps from there.
I am sorry again that you were not happy and I hope you can still use our advice to recover your plant.
