Diagnosis
Leaf Spot Disease – caused usually by fungi, bacteria, or other pathogens. The risk of the leaf spot increase with colder temperatures, overwatering, or leaves stayed wet for a too long time after misting.
Treatment
Remove infected leaves, to don’t spread the infection clean your tools before and after cutting leaves. Spores can easily be spread on other leaves and plants so keep eye on them too.
Prevention
Don’t let the soil stay soggy for a long time, adjust watering depending on ambient temperature and do it less often during cold months. Avoid cold drafts and make sure that leaves won’t stay wet for a too long time after misting or cleaning. Those things negatively impact the immune system of the plant and increase the risk of infection.
