Despite its fierce look, these structures are soft to the touch, making this plant a captivating addition to any succulent collection.

Light: Prefers bright, direct sunlight. Place in a sunny spot indoors or outdoors in warm months.
Watering: Drought-tolerant—water sparingly, allowing the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Reduce watering in winter.
Humidity: Prefers dry conditions. Avoid high humidity and ensure good air circulation.
Soil & Repotting: Use a well-draining succulent or cactus mix to prevent root rot. A gritty, sandy mix is ideal.
Temperature: Thrives in warm temperatures (18-30°C). Protect from frost—best kept above 10°C.
Growth Habit: Slow-growing, compact, and forms clumps over time. Produces yellow daisy-like flowers in autumn or winter when exposed to enough light.
Wrinkled Leaves: A sign of dehydration—water lightly if the soil has been dry for an extended period.
Soft or Mushy Leaves: Overwatering can cause root rot. Reduce watering and ensure the soil drains well.
No Flowers: Insufficient sunlight can prevent blooming. Move to a sunnier location for best results.
