Please add a note during checkout indicating the day you would prefer us to ship your order out. Please not we do not ship items out on Tuesdays or at Weekends.

What types of environments are suitable for the mosses included in this mix?
This mix is versatile and thrives in shaded, moist environments, making it perfect for terrariums, shaded garden spots, or as a natural decor element indoors. Ensure the area is well-humidified and away from direct sunlight.
How should I care for the moss after installation to ensure it remains healthy?
Keep the moss moist by misting it regularly with water, especially in drier conditions. It’s best to use rainwater or distilled water to prevent mineral build-up. Avoid overexposure to sunlight and maintain a cool, stable environment.
Can I specify a delivery date for the moss mix, and are there any restrictions?
Yes, you can specify a preferred delivery date during checkout. Please note, however, that we do not ship on Tuesdays or weekends. Planning ahead will ensure that your moss arrives when you can best manage its installation.
  • We carefully wrap every order using eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
  • We use the Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery service. You will get a tracking email once the order is dispatched.
  • Orders take 1 – 2 days processing time to send; orders placed before 1.30 pm are usually sent the same day.
  • We ship on Mondays and Wednesday – Friday.
  • Delivery is £6.95 per order, reduced to only £3.95 when you spend £20 or more.
