How often should I change the water for my Marimo Moss?
To keep your Marimo healthy, change the water every two weeks using either tap water that has been left to stand for a day or filtered water. Avoid using distilled water as it lacks the minerals Marimo needs.
Can Marimo Moss be placed in a terrarium with other plants?
Yes, Marimo Moss can coexist beautifully in a terrarium with other moisture-loving plants. Ensure the environment remains humid and avoid direct sunlight as it can harm the Marimo and other terrarium plants.
Is Marimo Moss a sustainable choice for home decor?
Marimo Moss is an excellent sustainable option as it is a naturally occurring algae that grows at a slow rate and has minimal care requirements. It does not require soil, frequent watering, or chemical fertilisers, making it environmentally friendly.
