This design is inspired by Lochnagar, a famous Munro in the Grampian Mountains of Scotland. Rising high above the Balmoral Estate and close to the River Dee between Braemar and Ballater, Lochnagar is known for its dramatic cliffs, the lochan resting below its corrie, and its popularity among hikers and climbers. It was even immortalised in Prince Charles’ children’s story The Old Man of Lochnagar.
