How often should I water my new succulent?: Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. Succulents store water in their leaves, so overwatering can lead to root rot.
Can I request a specific type of succulent when ordering?: Due to the random selection process and stock variability, we cannot guarantee specific types. However, you can leave a note at checkout with your preference, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Are the packaging materials used for shipping eco-friendly?: Yes, all plants are securely packaged using mostly reused and eco-conscious materials to ensure safe and sustainable delivery.

Succulents prefer a bright spot with some direct sunlight. A south or west-facing window would be ideal. They thrive with a good amount of light but can tolerate medium light conditions.
