Care Information
This fern adapts well to bright, medium and low light. Avoid harsh direct sun to keep the variegation looking fresh. Water when the top layer of soil begins to dry but do not let the soil go fully dry. Higher humidity keeps the plant full and healthy, which is why it performs so well in terrariums. For repotting, a breathable pot and well draining mix is ideal. Highland Moss premium potting mix works beautifully for ferns.

Pteris ferns offer gentle air purifying benefits, helping to freshen indoor environments while adding a soft decorative touch.

Plants are shipped in the common potting mix used by growers. If you prefer to repot later, our premium potting mix is available. Your plant will arrive with a scannable QR code so you can access care guides. Packaging materials are reusable or recyclable wherever possible.

Avoid repotting or propagating for 1 to 2 weeks after arrival so the plant can settle. Decorative planters, pruning tools, plant food and accessories are available in our shop.

Can I keep this fern in a room with low light?
