From the photograph (which has now been removed) I expected a plant with green, red and yellow stems. The plant (last in stock) was also damaged, with half a pot of dried out soil. I raised this as an issue and asked for a full refund either with me keeping the plant (I assumed it would be wasted if returned) or with Highland Moss covering the return cost. However I was told the image they had used showed a plant with sun- stress (hence its coloured stems) which is not desirable; the soil level was correct and the damage was to be expected and probably happened before they received the plant in stock four months ago. Highland Moss stipulated that if I wished to return the item I must do so at my cost by 24-hr tracked service within 3 working days: no resolution was reached so far.
