Something I ordered was out of stock and I was contacted directly to see whether I’d like to select a substitute for earlier delivery or take a slightly delayed delivery. Really appreciated this personal touch. Overall, my only wish would be for the website to consistently include internal diameter of pots as this makes it easier to match them to my grow pots 🙂
