How can I use the gift card if it’s a digital product?
You can use the digital gift card both online and in-store. Simply present the digital code at the checkout or enter it during your online purchase process.
What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
We recommend treating your digital gift card like cash. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund lost, stolen, or misused cards, so please keep your digital code secure.
Can I purchase a physical version of this gift card?
We have physical gift cards available in store, but we do not ship these. However, if you order other items along with the gift card purchase, we are happy to include the physical card with your delivery. This helps to reduce material use and supports sustainability. The digital card can be used just as easily and securely as a physical one.
  • We carefully wrap every order using eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
  • We use the Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery service. You will get a tracking email once the order is dispatched.
  • Orders take 1 – 2 days processing time to send; orders placed before 1.30 pm are usually sent the same day.
  • We ship on Mondays and Wednesday – Friday.
  • Delivery is £6.95 per order, reduced to only £3.95 when you spend £20 or more.
  • Spend over £80 for free delivery!
  • Free collection from our shop in Aberdeen and local delivery available.
