Never fail to impress me with there attention to detail packing plants with care, plants don’t move an inch when delivered. When collecting plants you are always welcomed with smiles all around especially Noel (he runs the place, he’s the big boss). Everyone is super friendly and helpful helped me pack my car for trip back home out the kindness of there heart. All plants are always cared for verry well, you will never catch no bugs on plants from highland moss?🪴🪴

Verified ownerWell let’s say I was very happy to begin with till I ordered the same plant 3 times, first dead on arrival the second lost all life within 24hrs told them, but instead of replacing it they gave me advice. I gave it chance for a few days. Still no go. They didn’t even offer a replacement or refund, I went ahead and ordered the plant again thinking they would see my name as I have ordered on a number of occasions and spent a lot. But didn’t even get a gesture. With the last order. Normally I wouldn’t say anything but been taken for a mug to many times. Not happy at all.
