What care instructions are provided with the plants, and how can I access them?: Each plant comes with a detailed PDF care guide, which will be emailed to you upon delivery. This guide includes watering, light requirements, and other essential care tips to help your plants thrive in their new environment.
Are the planters included with each plant suitable for all the different types of plants listed?: Yes, the white-glazed planters included are carefully chosen to match the specific needs and size of each plant. They ensure proper space for growth and complement the aesthetic of each species.
How sustainable are the materials used in the planters and the packaging for delivery?: The planters are made from high-quality, sustainable materials designed for long-term use. Additionally, our packaging is eco-friendly, using recyclable or biodegradable materials to minimise environmental impact.

We carefully wrap every order using eco-friendly materials wherever possible.

We use the Royal Mail tracked 24 delivery service.

Orders take 1 – 2 days processing time to send; orders placed before 1.30 pm are usually sent the same day.

Delivery is £6.95 per order, reduced to only £3.95 when you spend £20 or more

Excellent package and delivery. The moss is ideal for forcing my Christmas bulb gifts and the potted plant is beautiful and a welcome addition to my collection. Will be returning and adding gift cards for Highland moss to my birthday and Christmas lists. An outstanding find and highly recommend.
