Discount codes are reserved for product savings and cannot be applied to shipping fees.
Is the £6.95 delivery charge applicable to all areas within the UK?: Yes, the £6.95 rate applies to standard deliveries across the UK. However, there may be additional charges for remote or hard-to-reach locations. Please contact us if you’re unsure about your delivery area.
Can I combine multiple items under one delivery charge?: Yes, you can consolidate multiple items into a single order to make the most of the £6.95 delivery charge. This fee covers the entire shipment, not per item, making it more cost-effective when purchasing several products.

Orders take 1 – 2 days processing time to send; orders placed before 1.30 pm are usually sent the same day.

I did not expect the items in my order to be so stunning and utterly joyous! The moss just sprang into verdant glory as soon as I unshackled it from its wax paper and unleashed it in its prepared spot in the miniature Lord of the Rings mood garden 🤪 As I said to the postie, forget snow to eskimos, we are shipping moss to Argyll! Lovely wee selection. The moss pole with cup is brilliantly designed and will make my monstera much happier in a room heated with a log burner and near a radiator. She is already very tolerant and happy but this will hopefully set her up for winter. A daily drench of warmed rainwater on that pole will recreate Amazonia for a plant that in my experience loves heat as long as humidity is good and I’m confident she will take over the world. Please never stop doing extensions!
