☀️ Light
☀️☀️▫️ (Medium)
Your Monstera Deliciosa thrives in a warm spot with bright, indirect light. It can handle lower light levels but won’t grow as vigorously or show the beautiful leaf fenestrations it’s famed for.
💧 Water
💧💧▫️ (Medium)
Keep the soil slightly moist, but be wary of overwatering. Allow the top inch of soil to dry out before watering again to prevent soggy soil, which can lead to yellow leaves.
🌡️ Temperature
🌡️🌡️🌡️ (Warm)
Monstera Deliciosa prefers warmer climates. Ensure your indoor temperature is consistently above 16°C, ideally between 18°C and 27°C.
💦 Humidity
💦💦▫️ (Moderate)
Monsteras enjoy humid environments. Increase humidity by placing the pot on a tray filled with water and clay pebbles, ensuring the pot does not touch the water directly.
🪴 Repotting
Consider repotting your Monstera every 18-24 months or when it outgrows its pot. Use a well-draining potting mix to promote healthy growth. Adding a moss pole will help support its climbing nature and encourage larger leaf growth.
🐾 Pet Friendliness
Caution: Monstera Deliciosa is toxic to pets. Keep out of reach from curious cats and dogs.
