Cissus Discolor Unrooted Cuttings – Vine Begonia
Although the Cissus discolor is commonly named the “Begonia Vine,” the plant isn’t actually related to begonias at all. Despite its begonia-like, beautiful, eye catching leaves and shared nickname, it’s part of the grape family, Vitaceae. This family connection makes it a relative to the grapevines we’re more familiar with, even though the plants primary appeal is its ornamental foliage rather than any fruit.

Description
This gorgeous vine plant grows nice and tall when you let it climb up a pole or looks great in a hanging basket, our mother plant is over 1.5 metres! Absolutely stunning leaves with deep purple veins and backs.
The leaves are dark green with purple and silver colors.
You will receive 3 (at least one leaf each) fresh-cut unrooted cutting. Size of leaves may vary.
We recommend propagating it in sphagnum moss, during the propagation the cutting can lost the leaf but you can still propagate from wet stick.
Keep in high humidity and a warm +21 degree spot. If the cutting will lose the leaf should still grow from a wet stick and push new leaves and roots.
Please be aware that propagation is not always successful, we are happy to provide as much advise and support as possible during the propagation journey but the successful rate depends on many factors which are out of our control.

Packaged really well and even had a couple of extra cuttings too!
I am very very pleased with my order. In the beginning, I was a little worried because it was very and the leaves were dying but I placed them in the moss and the roots are already growing. Also, there were more cuttings than I ordered. The best plant shop!
