Q & A
Hi Rosie,
Thank you for your question. The fresh sheet moss can last a long time. If you keep it moist by misting it every few days it will keep indefinitely. You will have to judge in a similar way to the way you would with a plant by checking how moist it is, if it is getting too much light etc and adjust accordingly.
Hope this helps!
Craig
Hi. I would like some moss to surround a pond in the garden. Can this moss be walked on? Will it survive an English snowy winter? Is it evergreen?
Hi Julie,
Thank you for your questions. I will just roll through each of them here:
The moss can be walked on - it can't handle quite as much heavy use as grass but it is fairly durable.
It will survive an English Winter - the moss is handpicked by us in the North of Scotland.
Moss is evergreen, changes in colour will relate to things like too much light or being underwatered.
I hope this helps!
Thanks,
Craig
The moss is such a great addition to our garden! Very fresh and will be purchasing more very soon
