Not as much growth as shown as some stems were dead.
Thank you for your feedback. We did email back and forth about this but I would like to take this opportunity for anyone else reading to get the full story. We left two small, old stems in the pot which had been there since arrival from the nursery. This is because we did not want to stress the plant before sending and they may also still be connected to the existing root system. So, we decided it was better for the health of the plant to let them natural decompose.
The plant itself is beginning to flower, it is very healthy. We apologise for your disappointment and offered for you to return the plant for a refund, but you chose not to. We always consider any complaints carefully and if we believe a plant is not up to standard, we actually get in touch in advance with customers and let them know and offer a discount if appropriate. However, on this occasion we did not feel these remains of stems warranted this so we offered for you to return it instead.
At no point did you ever mention any issue with the plant itself, complain about the growth or anything like that. We asked you and the only thing you were not happy about were these stems. We advised how to remove them if you wanted to do that and any other assistance you would like in letting the plant continue to grow healthily.
Thanks again for shopping with us and leaving your review and we are sorry we could not help you more, Pamela and Craig
