I would like to introduce Super Nova. She is a beautiful Zamioculcas zamiifolia, native to Eastern Africa with a very dark purple leaf which looks almost black! Very similar to Black Raven with slightly more reddish shadow of black.
You will receive one plant in a 12cm nursery pot approximately 35cm tall from the bottom of the pot to the top.
Basket is not included.
She doesn’t like soggy soil so water her twice a month when the soil dries out. During winter once a month will be enough. She will thrive in a bright spot but is also suitable for low and medium light, will be a perfect plant for dark room in your home, office or a bathroom with small window. Make sure to avoid direct sunlight.
Plant Pro Tips
Young leaves will have green colour so don’t worry they will get darker with time.
If her leaves getting yellow, she gets too much water, if you notice dry, brown crispy edges of leaves it can be caused by underwatering or sun burn. Fertilise with indoor plant food every 2 months during growing season from May to September.
Super Nova can grow up to 1 metre tall in a good environment!
Super Nova is toxic to pets.
