The plant is native to Central and South America. Easy to care, unique pet friendly houseplant. Suitable for terrariums and vivariums!

Thriving in bright indirect light, the Pilea Alumi Moon Valley is the perfect addition to your home or workplace. Water the plant when the top layer of soil becomes dry, and be sure to provide adequate drainage to prevent overwatering. This tropical plant will thrive in slightly higher humidity levels, making it a perfect choice for a terrarium. Please note that spraying leaves is not recommended. Water trapped on leaves can cause rot and brown patches.

I love this plant, it seems to be very strong and thriving. Placed in a couple of terrariums and also under cover on the window sill. Such a fabulous colour and texture, one of my favourites so far!
