Aloinopsis Schoonesii is a species of the Aloinopsis genus of plants. This genus is a part of the Aizoaceae family, also known as the “Ice plant” family, which is native to southern Africa.

Aloinopsis Schoonesii is a small and low-growing succulent that forms compact rosettes of triangular leaves. The leaves of this species are green and glossy with a slightly toothed margin. It produces small yellow flowers on short stems.

It is a slow-growing plant and requires well-draining soil, and it should be protected from frost. it prefers bright sunlight, but it can tolerate some shade. It’s a very hardy and drought-tolerant species and can go long periods without water making it a good choice for dry and hot climates.

When grown indoors it should be placed near a sunny window, but make sure to protect it from the hot afternoon sun. They prefer cooler temperatures and do not tolerate high humidity.

Aloinopsis Schoonesii is a relatively uncommon plant, great choice for rock gardens, containers, and small gardens.
