If you look for an immune boost this lemon and ginger honey is your answer. Simply add 2
teaspoons of this honey into warm water (Not boiling!) to create a delicious drink or add it to
your morning porridge, cereal, smoothies, and yogurt. This delicious creamy honey can also
be used as a spread!

Carnie bees produces pure, raw honey from Aberdeenshire, Scotland and is never pasteurised
or high pressure filtered meaning it retains all the vitamins, enzymes, minerals, and
